Protect Designer Multiple Save Actions

Studio Designer save actions can be improved:

• UX improvement to let the user knows an operation is under progress
• Feedback in case of error
• Protect action from multiple clicks, while an operation is in progress

Benefits:

• multiple saves triggers error on NOS APIs; and cloud lead to race condition issues, and lost data during save. When clicking multiple times on the save btn, the first call seems OK but next ones fails silently.
• If the save action is failing; there is no user feedback to let him know his save did not work.
