Fix GitService test after jgit upgrade to 5.11

Jgit 5.11 introduced this fix : https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=546580
=> it now throws an exception `Remote branch 'HEAD' not found in upstream origin` when cloning a repo without a remote master branch
Tests needs to be updated accordingly
