Create script to sync Marketplaces

      Description

      In UAT, our Marketplace data is starting to be very old, and we cannot do proper test without LTS 2021 packages available.

      We need to find a way to synchronize packages from preprod or production environment.

      Two possible identified solutions:

      • a simple shell script that download and upload a (list of) package(s) from two marketplace. Then we run that script to have a few packages available
      • we move forward on on-premise requirement, and relies on a Marketplace Proxy strategy
