Filter Marketplace by Release Version

Context :

Many users want to search only for packages relevant to their LTS version

To Do Back : 

Add endpoint to filter 

This endpoint should be able to be stacked on top of all the other filters, as is currently the case with Hotfixes 

Design / Front :

Rework top section to include a filter per Platform version

Include 'isDeprecated' checkout in the logic of the layout
