Fix discard changes popup displayed on features initialization

When viewing a feature and then navigate to another page, the "Discard changes" popup displays, it shouldn't.

This is true for :

• Document Types
• Structure Templates 
• Page Providers
• Automation chains 
• Vocabularies

This is probably due to the editor initializing some value instead of the proper createFeatureModel method
