Marketplace redesign - Search

Context

Search bar and results page need to be created as per designs   
We are using the current search process, Elastic Search, enter to submit
Current search excludes deprecated packages by default, option to include these with checkbox

AC : 

• Search term can be inputted, submitted and correct results page displayed (excludes deprecated)
• 'Is deprecated' filter can be activated and deactivated, new search results are correct in either scenario
• The Search resets any filters I have applied 
• Search results should include a tag for 'support (https://jira.nuxeo.com/browse/NXS-6361)' 'subscription (see designs)' and 'deprecated' (only the text icon deprecated should appear, not maintained)
