Marketplace redesign - Featured and Recently Added

Context

The designs of the Home Page outline two features 

-> 'Featured' packages, which display those packages flagged 'featured' 

-> 'Recently Added' : which displays packages recently added by chronological order, with regards to a creation date, this should filter to include only those packages that are :

• Add ons
• Maintained  

AC: Featured

• Only packages that are flagged 'Featured' are correctly displayed on the home page
• The cards display the correct information for each feature, with relevant formatting as per designs 

AC: Recently Added 

• The 'Recently Added' space is populated by packages in chronological order, by date of creation 
• This list includes only maintained add-ons
