      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Select LTS 2019 and Nuxeo Web UI on Application Definition.
      2. In Designer, scaffold the create layout for File.
      3. Notice several 404 responses in the browser console:
      • .../bower_components/polymer/polymer.html
      • .../bower_components/iron-flex-layout/iron-flex-layout-classes.html

      The goal is to investigate why these resource imports are broken, what are the consequences of them being broken and choose to fix or avoid requesting them.

      (not reproducible for TP LTS 2021)
