      Description

      As I believe it was like this before, we should consider adding back web-ui as a default dependency on new trial projects.
      I think the changes on retrieving the default target platform are responsible for the new behavior and we should think of a proper way to get this done without relying on the TARGET_PLATFORM enum (which I believe should only be used for testing purpose)
