Update email templates two trial registration emails

Context

As part of marketing lead project to correct several elements of the Trial Sign-up Process

Need

The emails (currently exist) that are sent after a person creates a trial account need to be changed. 

The changes are specified in this doc  

To Do 

1. The first is an email confirmation/account, sent to those not using Google or Okta auth

Note : need to create dynamic activation link 

 2. the second is sent to all successful registrations

Note : the following are dynamic properties  

• Username: [email registered]
• Customer Code: [name registered]
• Project Id: [name registered]

Testing 

I'll create an account with, and one without Okta. I should receive the specified emails.
