Fix column property not taken into account when widget is encapsulated in a div

Using FF / Chromium
Activate the grid option
Create a view layout for a doctype
Set the grid to 2 columns
Drag and drop properties

For any property encapsulated in a div, try to change the column property: it doesn't move
Expected: column number should be taken into account
