Fix trial registration Studio project creation

When registering for a trial, the Connect project is created without a correct targetNuxeo property, which leads to the Studio project creation failure because it is now relying on it.
Also when editing the Connect project via the JSF back office, the last LTS 2021 is not selectable whereas it is in the Application Definition page of a Studio project
