CLIDs cleanup doesn't handle query limit

The current Nuxeo #queryAndFetch doesn't allow to set a limit within the SQL query. The current implementation of our Cleaner Work can handle a large amount of records deletion which is happening only for the first execution.

Cleaning up the current code to remove limit usage.
