Write permission should be removed from the placeholder in the filters

In the Designer filters, the permission "Edit" is displayed in the placeholder whereas it actually doesn't exist if the user type "Edit". It should be replaced by "ReadWrite".
"CanCollect" doesn't exist anymore too, replace with "ReadCanCollect".
