Page Provider quick filter translations

When creating a quick filter on a page provider, an entry is automatically added to messages.json in the form

"label.ui.quickFilter.filtername": "FilterName"

The above translation doesn't work.

However, if the translation is changed to

"ui.label.quickFilters.filtername": "FilterName" 

This will display the proper FilterName on the UI.
