Integrate Datadog javascript console into Designer

The current global monitoring system we are using is Datadog. We don't have any monitor on what is happening on the Designer side which leads to silent all customer's errors.

In order to keep all our monitors in the same place, it makes sense to integrate Datadog Javascript Console into Designer to forward browser console's errors and being able to improve our understanding on client side error.
