Create EFS mount points probe

Following NOS 4.0.0 deployment outages; we need to enforce persistence configuration at startup.

Idea is to create a probe ensuring data in shared folders is consistent with data in RDS.
The goal is not to check the full integrity, only to ensure data is mounted correctly.
