Wrong help sentence for "dirty fields"

When creating an event handler for "before doc. modification", we can add a list of dirty fields. The tooltip says "Activated only if the value of at least one of the selected properties has changed."

But when you add several fields, they are handled with AND, so it's not "at least one", it's "all must be modified"
