Schema scaffolding has wrong formatting rules

When drag&dropping a schema through Designer the generated HTML is using incorrect formatting rules:

• the simple metadatas (see "Author" in below code) are in a single-line as opposed to default generated "Title" & "Description"
• indentation is missing

Enclosed screenshot illustrate the issue, "Title" and "Description" were automatically generated upon layout creation, while the others are output of drag&dropping a schema
