Fix Designer registries use of nuxeo-directory-radio-group

      Description

      Scaffold of the directory fields using the `nuxeo-directory-radio-group` in view and edit mode is wrong: in edit mode we incorrectly scaffold the element with `readonly`, which should be added to view mode instead.
