Review MarketplaceExceptionMapper to include code status

We should review the com.nuxeo.connect.marketplace.MarketplaceExceptionMapper for the following reasons:

• It returns a WebException which is deprecated since 9.3
• It doesn't handle well the code status if defined in the original exception so many exceptions appear as 500 errors even if a specific code status has been defined
