NOS checker hasn't been updated since a while; and the NCO tests ask us for a smoke test which is exactly what it is designed for.
We need:
- Update NOS checker following our latest changes
- Create two JXLabs jobs:
- Continuous build/test
- Parametrized job that we can share with NCO
