Add keyboard shortcut to save a feature in modeler

Context 
Currently, using Ctrl+s saves a features in Studio Designer, not Modeler

=> Implement keyboard shortcut in modeler as well

To do

• Ctrl + S is active on all modeller pages 
• If the user is in a pop-up or any other view that itself needs to be 'saved', the save is disabled and if a Ctrl + S occurs, a pop notifies the user : 'Ctrl + S unavailable in this view', same format at the 'Changes committed and pushed' notification, see attached 

AC:

I click Ctrl+S in a modeller page and see 'Changes committed and pushed' and see my changes committed in the branch 

I try to save inside a workflow pop, I get 'Ctrl + S unavailable in this view' notification
