      Description

      As a user, I want to be able to restraint search using a project name filter and a file filter too.

      Hints: Most common pattern is to use glob pattern.

      AC:

      • I can restraint search to -SANDBOX project, and only on .xml files.
      • I can search search on every project excluding -SANDBOX matching projects, and to any file except .xml files.
