Load project's default translations file in layout editor

To keep consistency and improve the preview of the form layout editor, we should load the project's default translations file (`messages.json`) if it is present in the project.

At the moment we are only loading the default `messages.json` from nuxeo-web-ui in the Designer's layout editor.
