Fix the creation of deployment extensions

It is currently not possible to create deployment extensions in Modeler.

How to reproduce:

• go to Advanced Settings > Deployments Extensions
• click on the Create button

Expected result: a text editor appears allow the user to write deployment extensions
Actual result: a text editor does not appear allow the user to write deployment extensions and the following toast notification shows up:
