Fix visual layout rendition not updated after switching back from code view

In Designer
Configure a layout
Switch to code view
Edit the layout
Switch back to visual rendition

=> Layout is not updated

Expected: layout is refreshed to take into account code change

This is just a visual problem, saving keeps the proper code but this can be very confusing for a user (what will be saved?)
