Fix project elements in Designer catalog/toolbox

Due to recent migration of the nuxeo-element-catalog to nuxeo-toolbox, the elements catalog no longer displays the correct list of project elements.

This has a visual implication, but far more important, it prevents from accessing these elements properties (for instance, inspecting the elements for editing properties in the form layout editor).
