As an organization admin, I can assign / unassign someone as a user for a given service
AC
- When selecting a service, a button to assign / unassign is available for each user
- If user is not assigned: appears on hover, tooltip: "Assign"
- If user is assigned: shown permanently, tooltip: "Unassign"
- Clicking the button assigns the person to this service if it is not the case yet
- A confirmation is shown: "User assigned"
- Button appears in a different way so that I understand that clicking it again will switch the status (e.g. see the lock / unlock in nightly)
- Clicking the button again
- removes the assignment
- shows a confirmation: "User unassigned"
- When selected people can't be assigned because not enough seats remain available, an error message is shown:
- [number] more seats needed to assign these users
