Remove a single user from an organization

As an organization admin, I can remove a user in my org

AC

• A remove button is available when hovering on a user while no service is selected
• When I press the button a confirmation is shown before removal:
  • Remove this user? This person will be removed from the organization.
  • A confirmation is shown: "User removed"
• User is removed from the organization in the back office
• Actions are not available for myself

• Event is sent when confirmation is requested
