View users

As an organization admin, I can see users in my org

AC

• Users are listed in alphabetical order
• Users managed outside of quotas do not appear (aka users with email ending with @nuxeo.com)
• I can go back to the list of orgs to manage (if relevant to me) and to the dashboard home from this screen
• For each user, I see the 2 first assigned services (no duplicate if there are several packages for a service) + "and more" if needed (editing assignments allows to see them all)
