Access account management when org admin

As an organization admin, I can access an "Account Management" menu to manage my users

• A nuxeo staff member can define who is the organization admin at customer level
  • A single admin is available
• A new menu "account management" is available from the connect dashboard after the "documentation" menu
  • Menu is only available if you are admin of at least one organization
  • Menu is not available for self-service registered trials
