Goal is to ease as much package/template installation to the easiest state we can do: nuxeoctl mp-install nuxeo-connect should do everything and adapt depending on the target environement.
Few ideas:
rename custom to connect-dev
move any *-redis to connect package with proper templating if redis is enabled
extract gitty package
move okta package installation as a (nuxeo.template.includes field in connect.prod properties
