Fix widgets not generated when drag and dropping a schema outside of red line

In Designer TP10, doctype layout

• Drag a schema, drop it outside of a red line

=> Popup is opened to select widgets

• Confirm

=> No widget is generated

Expected: popup should not open if schema is dropped in an unexpected area
