Use layout mode as default mode when scaffolding fields from the schemas tree

When drag and dropping a schema or a complex field from the schemas tree, a dialog appears to allow the user to select the mode and the subfields to be scaffolded. Currently, all fields are set to "view" mode by default. The goal would be to take advantage of the mode of the current layout and use that as the default value for the modes of the subfields.
