Endpoint to upload a MP shouldn't return a 500 when the authentication is failing

Currently, when calling the endpoint to upload a MP with wrong credentials (seen after migrating to Okta for jobs without a token as password), the API returns a 500 error. It should be a more appropriate error like a 401/403.
