Schema and schema prefix of Workflow and Node variables should not be editable

• Create a new "test" workflow
• Go to "Variable"
• The schema Name and Prefix are editable and can be saved.

Same for Node variables.

Is it a safe behavior? Can a user really rename these? I believe we should make the fields non-editable, hence the "bug" qualification and its priority: I want to avoid a prospect/customer making mistakes. But open to discussion . I mean, if it is safe, then all good, can be resolved as "Not a Bug" I suppose.
