Fix overlay when having a conflict during doctype creation

      Description

      Have two users in simple commit mode

       

      User 1

      Creates a doctype named docname

      Saves

       

      User 2

      Creates a doctype named docname

      => the conflict popup appears behind the creation popup and the creation popup is kept with a neverending spinner

       

      Expected:

      creation popup goes away

      conflict dialog is shown on top
