Change New Feature behavior

When the user clicks on the "New Feature", it displays a popup with a table where there is an alternance of rows that display the category of features (such as "Content Model", "Search and Listing") and rows just below list the feature itself, mentioning their description. (Same description than the labels that I haven't filled yet in Studio). When the user clicks on the feature name, the popup goes to a second step in the wizard (user can go back), and have to fill the id of the feature and more if necessary (like the inherited type)
