Enable Nuxeo DAM features by default

      Description

      Following NXP-28626, Nuxeo DAM and related modules will be integrated into Nuxeo Server: there won't be any Nuxeo DAM package anymore for Nuxeo 11.x.

      Nuxeo DAM features should be enabled by default. Nuxeo DAM registries are not needed anymore as the definitions will be part of the default platform registries.

       

      TODO

      • Check if 11.x+ => if so use registries only
      • Otherwise use DAM addon code as usual
