Schedule HouseKeeping

As a developer, I have a scheduler that triggers projects housekeeping every night at 2am.
Following some research ideally NXS-5558, the housekeeping must be executed every night

Project resolution mechanism must be optimized, and not executed on every project for performance, and work window size. Querying the Audit is the best approach.
