Update README to deploy a local NOS instance

When I installed a local instance of NOS on my laptop, I wasn't able to create any objects in Studio because of an authentication issue, for each call made, the adding of the authentication header failed because of a missing property in the nuxeo.conf file.

Update README to deploy a local NOS instance to add the missing property.
