Asked to "reload the site" with no obvious reason

So, in the last 15mn, I had this 3 times editing the registries. one time adding a facet one adding automation operations. While I'm connected and all is good (for example, I just saved a JS automation with no error), I'm in the registry, and the JSON of an operation, no error in the JSON, click the save button and have this "Reload site?" dialog.

Have to select-all/copy the content, click save, reload, then paste (so I don't have to re-type it)
