Monostate lifecycle definition is not generated by Studio

If a lifecycle is defined in Studio with only a single state, Studio does not generate the corresponding XML contribution.

If a document type uses this workflow, its lifecycle state will become "undefined".

A quick workaround is to use an XML extension with the appropriate definition.
