Handle registries parsing errors in Designer

      Description

      Everytime Studio Designer is unable to parse the Modeler registries, the UI does not show anything. This behavior makes it difficult for a user to understand what is happening and how to solve the problem.

      Designer should provide additional information about the problem, so users can fix it.
