Too many repeated items in lifecycle type-ahead suggestion

When using regular automation and Document.FollowLifecycleTransition operation, a suggestion is displayed with the available transitions. But it looks like it takes all the available transitions and displays the without filtering the ones that are the same. So, in the screenshot, you can see it displays 3 times "under_review".

The typeahead should filter the list and leave only unique items.
