Make web filtering options available in the automation chain/script editor

The Web Services Filtering configuration is important for security but is buried in studio menus.

For example a chain triggered by an event handler shouldn't be available thought the REST API (especially if it uses admin privileges, sends emails ...)

Being able to set permissions on a chain/script in the same view as the editor would encourage studio users to use this feature.
