DAM registry is not up to date

The Nuxeo DAM 9.10 registry is not up to date, the Picture facet does not have the iptc schema anymore: https://github.com/nuxeo/nos/blob/master/connect/nuxeo-connect-plugin/src/main/resources/data/platforms/dam-9.10.json#L184

iptc schema was removed from the Picture facet with NXP-16336.

It may be interesting to see if nothing has changed between 9.10 and 10.10, to add a new dam-10.10.json registry if needed, as currently it fallbacks on the dam-9.10.json registry when building a 10.10 project.

How to reproduce the issue:

• Add the Nuxeo DAM package in the Application Definition
• Create a new Document Type Foo
• Add the Picture Facet to it
• Go to the View Designer
• Configure the "Create Layout" for Foo
• See that it generates widgets for the iptc schema fields, and that iptc is part of the document type schemas.
