Nuxeo Marketplace lists obsolete package categories

After completing SPREAD-371, the vocabulary entries which are now obsolete are still listed. They need to be removed from the default search filters AND the crete and edit form of the marketplace packages.

In detail:

• Go to https://connect.nuxeo.com/nuxeo/nxadmin/default/default-domain@view_admin?tabIds=NUXEO_ADMIN%3ADirectoriesManager
• Open the package_tag vocabulary
• See which entries are obsolete
• Check https://marketplace.nuxeo.com, in the PACKAGE BY CATEGORY listing, at the bottom => Obsolete entries are listed
