Fix orgIds not filled on StudioProjects documents

When launching the analytics extractor (NXS-5493), I found that most of the StudioProjects documents have no orgId where they should have after launching the last "OneShotMigration" (see https://github.com/nuxeo/nos/blob/master/connect/nuxeo-connect-plugin/src/main/java/com/nuxeo/connect/listeners/OneShotMigrationListener.java)

We need to fix this before being able to run the analytics extractor properly
